Douper Hall is perfectly situated in the Selly Oak area of Birmingham, very close to the University, local shops, bars and restaurants.
Douper Hall consists of three blocks and the individual rooms vary from two bedroom to six bedroom apartments.
All of the bedrooms have a bed, large desk area, their own en-suite shower room which includes a sink and toilet.
The modern and spacious shared facilities include kitchen and living areas plus a large laundry area.
Outside and around the perimeter of the Halls, the building is covered 24 hours a day by security cameras whilst, the front gates
and main doors are all key fob controlled, there is also a warden that lives locally within the vicinity of Douper Hall.
The premises is also provided with car parking and bike locking facilities and a wonderful barbeque area with equipment which
is available to all of the residents.
Prices are inclusive of all bills excluding phone bills.
